KTCS-2,3 & High-Speed ATC Device
Automatic Train Protection, the device that controls the speed of the rear train according to the position of the front one, increases the efficiency of railway utilization as well as securing the safety distance that can prevent train speeding accidents. High-speed ATC is a device that receives the train operation conditions of the wayside, continuously displays the vehicle speed limit, automatically stops or slows down the train when the train exceeds the allowable speed, and controls the vehicle according to the wayside track information (tunnel, panto status, insulation, etc.). CSIN Tech possesses the technology to manufacture On-board Signaling System consists of KTCS2,3 Rack, High-speed ATC device, Aspect Display Unit (ADU), ATC continuous Antenna(CS Sensor), ATC discontinuous Antenna(IR Sensor), ATS Antenna, ATS Antenna Junction Box, and Hall Sensor.

Aspect Display Unit(ADU)
The driving information such as current speed and the speed limit of the vehicle is displayed and notifies the driver of the audible warning according to the situation depending on the information transmitted from on-board ATP/ATS Rack installed in the driver’s compartment.- 8.4” TFT LCD

KTCS-2,3 Rack
The device that performs the function of ATP (ERTMS LEVEL 1) and ATS.It performs wayside signal processing and input/output between trains and signal devices.

High-Speed ATC Control Unit
It limits the permissible speed of the train received from the rail (Railway circuit) according to the capacity of the track, and automatically slows down the train when the permissible speed is exceeded.It interprets the track information received from the wayside loop.

ATS Antenna
It is a device to transmit the variation signal to ATS/ATC Rack responding to the ATS wayside coil on the control point. -
ATS Junction Box
It is an intermediate connection between the ATS Antenna and ATP/ATS Rack and makes it easy to install and maintain the wiring. -
Hall Sensor
It attaches a magnetic gear to the axle of the train and detects speed by generating pulses using the Hall effect. -
ATC continuous Antenna(CS Sensor)
It receives information from the speed code via the rail(Railway circuit). -
ATC discontinuous Antenna(IR Sensor)
It receives track information (tunnel, panto status, insulation, etc.) from wayside discontinuous loops.

ATP Function
ATS function of It performs ATP function by automatic train protection operation mode. It performs the functions of train speed monitoring, automatic neutral section processing, pantograph descent automatic processing, tunnel entry/exit automatic processing, level switching automatic processing, crossing control, etc.

ATS Function
It performs ATS function by automatic train stop operation mode. It performs the function of recognition of wayside speed limit information, computing of traveling speed of the train, recognition of neutral section information, information display, alarm sound generation, etc.

User Interface
Aspect Display Unit displays the operation information such as the speed limit on a 8.4" Touch TFT-LCD and notifies the driver of the audible warning according to the situation.

Train Speed Computing
It displays the speed by computing the value of wheel diameter and the speed pulse signal from the tachometer installed on the axle of the train.
